who will referee monday night football durring week 6?
mickey says
st – We have no idea yet. They usually don’t post the schedules until the week of the games, and even then it’s kind of scattered. We’ll post that info as soon as we find out.
JOE83 says
Mike Carey Crew has the Monday Night Football in Jacksonville
(Oct. 18)
Chris says
Because of what happened in the NBA, NFL Officials only find out their schedule four weeks in advanced. At this point we are about to start PRe-season Week 3 so not even the NFL Officials know where they will be in Week 6.
nita walter says
It doesn’t matter if a referee lives in the city a pro team is playing in he can officiate the game if he wants to. This came into effect 3 or 4 years ago. My info comes from knowing a former referee and a current referee personally. Most of them don’t accept the game though.
jc says
Winter in HOU- per other site…and becky
mickey says
Thanks jc, it’s updated now.
nita walter says
Ed Hochuli in Green bay. TRUE
mickey says
Thanks Nita. Source?

mickey says
Thanks KMG, added.
Mark says
Sorry if this doesn’t help much, but Jerome Boger is off this week. I know his HL.
mickey says
Mark — That’ll certainly help as we approach the end of the week and try to figure out the final few spots. Thanks!
Alex says
Since the Bengals are off this week, who is officiating Baltimore and Pittsburgh?
Shane Spencer says
One of the following referees are eligible to officiate CLE @ PIT:
Clete Blakeman, Tony Corrente, Terry McAulay, Pete Morelli OR Alberto Riveron
As for BAL @ NE:

Shane Spencer says
The following referees are eligible to officiate the NYJ @ DEN game:
Carl Cheffers, Tony Corrente, Scott Green, Terry McAulay OR Jeff Triplette
mickey says
Thanks for the updates — all of them to this point are up.
Shane Spencer says
Eligible referees for the DET @ NYG game are:
Walt Anderson, Scott Green, Terry McAulay, Pete Morelli (not very likely since he was the referee for the MIN @ NYJ game the previous week), John Parry, Alberto Riveron OR Jeff Triplette
Shane Spencer says
My apologies…John Parry, indeed, is doing IND @ WAS.
Mark says
Which referees are eligible to do the Seahawks/Bears game?
Ryan says
Riveron, Blakeman, Triplette, Corrente are eligible that don’t have a known assignment already.
Ryan says

mickey says
Thanks Ryan, it’s posted now.
Ryan says
Al Riveron has Seahawks vs Bears confirmed by media info.
John 2 says
Here are the other games to help Shane out. BTW, Anderson is also a possibility for CLE @ PIT
SD @ STL – Anderson. Cheffers, Green, Triplette
NO @ TB – Blakeman, Cheffers, Corrente, Morelli
Rich Kalahiki says
Maybe next week the refs should be doing certain teams for the second time this season.
JR says
@Dane – NOT! Are you an Official? What makes you one to vote if he is good or bad?
JOE83 says
I agree with you JR. Not the same be out or in field. All this officials have a lot of experience since youth leagues, college and now pro games.
Janna85 says
dane I for one am impressed by Clete Blakeman. I believe hi is doing a very good job.
Janna85
Shane Spencer says
These are my predictions for who will officiate the remaining games this week:

One of my predictions is wrong.
CJ says
This is a very interesting site. I may not always participate, but to help you out–Terry McAulay is off week 6.
Shane Spencer says
Really? I didn’t know that.
John says
Cheffers in San Francisco
frank says
source or is this another guess?
John 2 says
And, Anderson in St. Louis.
John 2 says
That leaves Green in Denver.
Ryan says
I am not sure Green is in Denver. He has Denver vs San Francisco on 10/31 in London, England. I believe Tony Corrente has the Denver game.
John 2 says
You are right. I apologize mickey. It should be Corrente.
frank says
sounds like a guess. better be right or someone is getting a lot of flak.
mickey says
Thanks CJ and John. Those are posted now.
Shane Spencer says
Another one of my predictions is wrong.
ChuckInIndy says
Isnt it strange for crews to have their 2 off weeks before the season is even halfway over? Winters and McAullay have already had their 2 weeks off, while others have not even had 1 off week, including the pre-season.
JOE83 says
Chuck InIndi: Yes; There are 17 crews and since preseason, one crew is off each week. As you say it’s very strange cause they usually had their weeks off more separate in the season and in the case of Ron Winter, his crew was off three weeks up this date (one in preseason and two in reg season). Remember that this season change the Vicepresident-Officiating
(now Carl Johnson and formerly Mike Pereira) and maybe we’re in front of new decisions or strategies.
ChuckInIndy says
I also think it is strange that Leavy’s crew is always assigned 1 game in Indy since is HL lives in an Indy suburb.
Jason says
For those first two Cleveland Pittsburgh and New Orleans Tampa its between Morelli Corrente and Blakeman
frank says
ST. LOUS RAMS BLOG HAS SCOTT GREEN IN ST. LOUIS TODAY.
JEFF OR JACK OR WHOEVER SAID HE WAS IN DENVER SCREWED UP!
Rich Kalahiki says
what blog? I couldn’t find your info.
John 2 says
It was me. AND AT LEAST I ADMITTED I MADE A MISTAKE. AND IT WAS INADVERTENT.
Andrew Leffler says
Walt Anderson in Pittsburgh
Shane Spencer says
My prediction was right.
Jason says
Clete Blakeman in Tampa and Green is in fact in St Louis.
PJB says
Scott Green confirmed in STL. Watching this wretched game on TV.
mickey says
Ok, I think we’re straightened out now. The only questionable on is Corrente in Denver. I guess we’ll find out for sure in a few hours…
Jason says
Yep its between Corrente and Morelli in Denver for the spot.
Ryan says
It is Corrente because Morelli has worked Jets vs Vikings on Monday night football on 10/11/2010.
Rich Kalahiki says
Mickey should ban the guys posting wrong info.
Jp says
Did anyone else see the end of the Chiefs/Texans game? Is it just me, or over the years has Ron Winter and his crew had a real tendancy to decide games and make phantom calls & no-calls? Horrible job.
Zebra Blog says
Obviously, Corrente is confirmed in Denver. Morelli has the week off.
cowboy says
Can you post the right crews for each referee?
referee Mike Carey (94), umpire Rich Hall (49), head linesman Dana McKenzie (8), line judge Tim Podraza (47), field judge Buddy Horton (82), side judge Laird Hayes (125) and back judge Kirk Dornan (6).
Steve says
Well I am new to this site, so I will try to keep it clean.
I do not know who the the Referees and or the Announcers were in the Miami /Packer game today, but I am really getting tired of the Packers getting all of the flags thrown against them . when it was Evident their was no Penalty at all. The Packers were called for Penalties that never even happened. I do realize the Ref’s cannot see everything, but they better stop being so one sided, or else they need to start getting a fine for a baddly called game. The Announcers are Just as Bad. I knew who would win the last three or four weeks just by listening to the announcers being so one sided..
Thank You.
Rich Kalahiki says
By the way that was Ed Hochuli and his crew reffing the Packers game.
cowboy says
Referee: Gene Steratore
Umpire: Butch Hannah
Head Linesman: Jerry Bergman
Line Judge: Ron Marinucci
Side Judge: Mike Weatherford
Back Judge: Dino Paganelli
Field Judge: Bob Waggoner
Colin McMillan says
The referee was absolutely horrible in the game. THE vikings had penalties throughout the game, but none was called. How much money was paid by Favre to the Referree. Please do not officiate anymore Cowboys games.
