I ask at this time that you share this email with the officials functioning within the NFL. I have been a fan of the NFL for some time now but will soon be no more. Having just finished watching the Ravens -Steelers game it is clear to see where the officials in that game earn their income. One can only wonder just how much the payoff was from Pittsburgh to the officials for their service of deciding the games winner. No one need challenege the validity of this claim as it was all to clear when officials are clearly seen watching penalties without calling them yet calling penalties barely visible if a penalty at all. My first love in sports was at one time USA Heavyweight Boxing. I could have loved no sport more. This is until Evander Holyfield clearly threw a fight to Lennox Lewis in the Gardens some years back. That was the end of my admiration for the sport of boxing as it was also for the Mayor of New York at that time. When the value of payoffs becomes the deciding factor of the winners in sports it not only becomes disgraceful but criminal as well. The entire officiating crew in the Ravens -Steelers game on 12/23/2009 are a disgrace on both a professional and a personal level. I would strongly suggest that their financial records as well as recent bank records and expenditures be examined closely to see just when and from where the money came.
In closing , I say this, if the commission is content to allow this corruption to continue it will do so without my support. Pro football in the USA has already become a sport of far to many penalty allowances of which many are truly pathetic ( end zone celebrations, end zone ball spikes, unsportsmen like conduct etc.) These very officials prefer to whine like infants over something as simple as words yet gladly take their payoffs. If their truly that meek in life then they have no business on a pro football field and should instead sit NFL season out at home with a pacifier and a diaper as they clearly have much growing up to do. NFL officials would not survive one season and most likely not one game in the NHL. God help us all should the NHL officials ever decide to become the little girls that the NFL officials clearly are. The best thing that could and should happen would be for all fans to simply abandon USA Pro Football in favor of a sport where the players effort and abilities decide the outcome rather than the corrupt eye of a bystander who happens to hold the power to change everything.

I am really tired of the obvious onesided penalty calling on the cowboys and not on the eagles. In the second half the only penalties against the eagles were totally obvious except on a 1st and 10 for eagles on the cowboys 42 there was a false start that I looked at 2 times (TiVO) it wasn’t called and yet the least little discretion on the cowboys side is called. Call them the same on both sides please.
