NE@BUF Walt Coleman or Tony Corrente
Opposite of Lorenzo says
So Lorenzo was right???? SHOCK HORROR!
Bob O'Dare, Jr. says
Who is referee at SF 49ers vs. Rams tonight??
David Herrera says
Rookie referee Craig Wrolstad.
Lorenzo Antonio says
or NE@BUF will be Jerome Boger
Shane Spencer says
Jerome Boger already did CIN @ NE. He’s not eligible for NE @ BUF.
David Herrera says
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING CHANGES: NE@BUF has been moved from CBS to Fox (kickoff time still 1:00 p.m. EDT), while the kickoff time for CHI@ATL has been pushed back from 1:00 p.m. to 4:25 p.m. EDT.

Mark says
Walt Anderson in Atlanta.
David Herrera says
IND@HOU has been narrowed down to five eligible referees: Blakeman, Corrente, Leavy, Steratore & Torbert. Triplette is also eligible, however, it’s highly doubtful that he would be assigned TNF, fresh off officiating MNF in Week 5.
NYG@PHI and SF@STL have both been narrowed down to six:
NYG@PHI: Allen, Blakeman, Coleman, Leavy, Morelli & Wrolstad. Though Blakeman is eligible under a “five-week rule,” I highly doubt that he would be assigned two Giants’ road games this early in the season (he worked NYG@DET in Week 1).
SF@STL: Allen, Corrente, Leavy, Morelli, Torbert & Wrolstad.
David Herrera says
Well it looks like Coleman can be scratched off for NYG@PHI, since he will officiate NE@BUF.
David Herrera says
Well, Leavy can now be scratched off from TNF, SNF and MNF, as he is headed to Seattle.
Michael says
Assuming Coleman is officiating NE@BUF I would think Morelli or Wrolstad would be the likely options for NYG@PHI as Leavy is accounted for and this can sometimes be a heated match-up and Morelli and Wrolstad have a little more experience in the NFL than someone like Brad Allen. A division match-up like JAX/TEN is one thing for a double rookie like Allen (N.B. I did not check if he is even eligible to do that match-up) but NYG/PHI is different
Lorenzo Antonio says
Indianapolis at Houston – Bill Carollo
Chicago at Atlanta – Larry Nemmers
Detroit at Minnesota – Phil Luckett
New England at Buffalo – Dick Hantak
Carolina at Cincinnati – Bob McElwee
Pittsburgh at Cleveland – Alberto Riveron
Jacksonville at Tennessee – Mike Carey
Green Bay at Miami – Ron Winter
Denver at NY Jets – Scott Green
Baltimore at Tampa Bay – Johnny Grier
San Diego at Oakland – Gordon McCarter
Washington at Arizona – Dale Hamer
Dallas at Seattle – Tom White
NY Giants at Philadelphia – Bernie Kukar
San Francisco at St. Louis – Gerry Austin
Shane Spencer says
All those referees are retired.
Lorenzo Antonio says
NE@BUF Gene Steratore
Sam says
NE @ Buffalo–Walt Coleman Confirmed–Wrong again Lorenzo!
Paul Duckworth says
This is not confirmed…but my gut feeling is that Ed Hochuli is in Seattle.
Joe Platania says
There was speculation about Boger further up the board, but it is CONFIRMED, per my usual source, that he will be in Tampa for BAL-TB… For the third straight week, the Ravens will have someone who was on the field for one of their Super Bowl wins; Wrolstad was the FJ for SB 47 and Anderson was on the XXXV crew…
LORENZO ANTONIO says
Scott Green is confirmed in Miami
Shane Spencer says
Scott Green is retired!
Opposite of Lorenzo says
Carolina @ Cincinnati – Carl Cheffers – 4 C’s (lol)
jay says
no way
Jay says
is the refree for the rams niners game Ron Tobert
Gerardo Perez says
BILL LEAVY will be the referee for Cowboys @ Seahawks. Here’s the link from ESPN Dallas:
http://m.espn.go.com/general/blogs/blogpost?blogname=dallas-cowboys&id=4734943&city=dallas
George Ashburn says
Uh oh. Seahawks Fans should remember Leavy from Super Bowl XL
George Ashburn says
What about the Pittsburgh-Cleveland Game?
Opposite of Lorenzo says
Jacksonville @ Tennessee – Jeff Triplette (J @ T = JT)
Kent says
I see what you did there lol
David Herrera says
Confirmed via the Titans’ game release:
http://prod.static.titans.clubs.nfl.com/assets/docs/mediaguide/2014-10-12vsJaguarsReleasePacket.pdf
Michael says
Ed Hochuli in Arizona per Becky
Drew Thurman says
Triplette already did a Jacksonville game this year
David Herrera says
Triplette is eligible for JAX@TEN under a “five-week rule,” however, since this is already his second Jaguars’ game, he will be INELIGIBLE for any Jaguars’ games — home or away — for the remainder of the regular season.
Lorenzo Antonio says
So Walt Coleman has NE@BUF
edward says
Way to nail it Lorenzo!
Shane Spencer says
Here’s what confirmed so far:
NE @ BUF: Walt Coleman
JAX @ TEN: Jeff Triplette
DAL @ SEA: Bill Leavy
Michael says
And Ed Hochuli Arizona
Mark says
…and CHI @ ATL: Walt Anderson
Opposite of Lorenzo says
and cincy – Cheffers
Joe Platania says
And, in case you didn’t see it, Boger for BAL-TB…
David Herrera says
Of the referee crews who have not yet been assigned any Week 6 games (AS OF THIS POST), five have yet to have a bye: McAulay, Steratore, Torbert, Vinovich & Wrolstad. Two of them will be off this week.
Gerardo Perez says
If you check Footballzebras Twitter, you’ll see the following:
PIT @ CLE: Pete Morelli.
SD @ OAK: Tony Corrente
NYG @ PHI (SNF): Clete Blakeman.
Those are some of the confirmed assignments for Week 6. Footballzebras will have the full list tomorrow.
David Herrera says
Well, this is already Blakeman’s second game officiating the Giants, as he did NYG@DET in Week 1. Looks like you can cross him off for any more Giants’ games (home or away) for the rest of the season.
Top Gun says
Not necessarily he could have Giants again late in season after the 6 week rule it has happened where a ref have had same team 3 times in same season
David Herrera says
So there is a chance that Triplette could get a Jaguars’ home game anytime from Week 12 onward?
Michael says
That has only happened when a Referee on a bye is replacing a regular Referee due to injury, travel issues, etc.. I remember one season that Bill Carollo refereed the same team in consecutive weeks but one was with his own crew and one was replacing, I believe, Scott Green due to an injury
Top Gun says
Week 6

San Diego at Oakland Tony Corrente
Washington at Arizona Ed Hochuli
Dallas at Seattle Bill Leavy
NY Giants at Philadelphia Clete Blakeman
MON, OCT 13
San Francisco at St. Louis
Mark says
You forgot Walt Anderson in Atlanta for Bears/Falcons.
Cam says
At this point, only Parry, Steratore, and Torbert are eligible for TNF, the latter two of the three haven’t had their off week yet.
David Herrera says
I’m not sure about Parry. He officiated the GB@SEA Week 1 Thursday Night Kickoff. I don’t know if that counts as an NBC SNF game, or a TNF game. If GB@SEA counts as TNF, one referee will get two Thursday night assignments this season.
Cam says
Torbert gets the assignment. I wasn’t sure about Parry either.
David Herrera says
DEN@NYJ has been narrowed down to Allen, McAulay & Parry.
DET@MIN has been narrowed down to McAulay, Parry, Steratore & Vinovich.
SF@STL has been narrowed down to the three new referees — Allen, Torbert & Wrolstad.
Corrente has been confirmed for SD@OAK per the Raiders’ flipcard: http://media.raiders.com/FlipCard/2014/1012sd.htm
Cam says
You can scratch Torbert, he will be in Houston for TNF, IND-HOU.
David Herrera says
Per the Broncos’ flipcard, Brad Allen will officiate DEN@NYJ.
http://media.denverbroncos.com/images/9008/Flipcards/141012_flipcard_NYJ.pdf
With Ron Torbert headed to Houston for IND@HOU, this, by the process of elimination, indicates that CRAIG WROLSTAD is the only eligible referee remaining for the SF@STL MNF game.

jason says
the referee for Texans colts is Ronald torbert http://prod.static.texans.clubs.nfl.com/assets/docs/Flip_IND_FINAL.pdf
Top Gun says
Thanks Jason
David Herrera says
Looks like Terry McAulay will be one of two referees who will be off this week. Greg Steed, a back judge on McAulay’s crew, is filling in for Kirk Dornan on Brad Allen’s crew for the DEN@NYJ game.
David Herrera says
Well I didn’t see the article regarding Kirk Dornan’s sudden retirement. On another note, Parry, Steratore & Vinovich are the only three referees who have yet to be assigned any games. All three referees are eligible for DET@MIN and GB@MIA. Parry has already a bye week, but neither Steratore nor Vinovich have had a bye. One of the latter two will join McAulay in the bye seat this week.
SpringsGal says
New York Jets vs Denver Broncos – Brad Allen
David Herrera says
This should complete the Week 6 puzzle: Vinovich is headed to Miami, Wrolstad to St. Louis and Parry to Minnesota. SO, by the process of elimination, McAulay and Steratore are off this week.
