The penalty on Mike Hilton for the Bengals cost the Bengals a chance to change the outcome of the game. It was an extremely timely penalty that was called. Would the NFL please forward me their response because I see that same tackle made and it is not a penalty in every other situation. In addition, I do not see how the tackle could have been made any differently from the position.
